Shifting
Good Day,
Welcome to this week's edition of Notes from the Coach. Today, we're diving into the concept of shifting. It's a part of life we all experience, whether it's a significant shift or numerous smaller ones.
Shifting is a natural part of life. As we journey through life, we encounter changes that cause shifts within us. These shifts can be perceived as positive or negative, but it's all about perspective. In my experience, it's beneficial to view life as happening for you, not to you. This perspective can be a helpful starting point when navigating shifts.
Shifts can occur for numerous reasons. On the positive side, you might choose to shift for health reasons, to find a better job for work-life balance, or even to separate or divorce for personal reasons. However, these shifts can also be viewed negatively. It's important to remember that while we can't control what happens around us, we can control how we react to it.
What if we viewed life's shifts as adventures? What if we embodied the concept of life happening for us, not to us, and approached each shift with a sense of adventure? Trusting the synchronicity and divinity of life allows us to walk our own evolutionary pathway, shifting, growing, and changing with it.
Life is always changing and growing. Embrace it. Trust it. Enjoy the adventure of your pathway, shifting and growing with it. If you'd like to delve deeper into this topic, check out our recent podcast episode, "Shifting," available on Spotify.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this week's topic. What shifts have you experienced? How have they shaped your life? And what topics would you like us to cover next?
Enjoy your day, your week, and as always, enjoy your life.
Best,
